Returns or ExchangesHappy Joe hopes you have an experience with us that makes you smile! If something goes wrong, we'll do everything within reason to make it right.

Most of our products are created on-demand with third party vendors. This means our team can't be there to do military grade inspections. If for any reason you're not stoked about your product, please let us know ASAP.

Please email support@happyjoe.com with the following intel:

  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • The purchase order number
  • Date of purchase

We will respond as quickly as we can. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 0900-1800 Central Standard Time. 

SHIPPING

Everything is created after the order is placed via direct to print technology. Orders are printed and shipped within 3-7 business days after your order is placed. Delivery date after the product is shipped, will be determined by the shipping option you chose at checkout.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Items:

Any misprinted/damaged/defective items will be replaced or a full refund given. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Product must be returned within 30 days after it was received. It must be returned in the original package.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Sizing Errors:

Please do your best to use our sizing charts for each apparel product. If you need to exchange your product for a different size, please contact Happy Joe at support@happyjoe.com for further instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately special orders and sale items cannot be refunded. If you find one of these products unsavory, Happy Joe will be glad to give you a store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you need to ship anything back to us, please email support@happyjoe.com first. We’ll provide you with follow up instructions for shipping your product back to our production facility.
